What do you think? Will Beyoncé pull off the role of Etta James in the upcoming flick, “Cadillac Records.” Despite what some folks are saying, I think it can work. I know Etta’s voice is grittier than Bey’s but so what? I say give it a chance before you knock it…

I think she can play and do anything she wants to do….think twice before you say b cant do anything she will shock you……lol

If you had the opportunity to check out Fashion Rocks then the question has already been answered. She sang one of Etta’s song and she rock it grit and all. Her characterization was also on point. Etta was please as well, you could see it in her face as she sang the tribute. I was not at all surprised. With her strong vocal control, elegance and passion she puts into her performances. She is an showstopper. The B always stings. She is the most versatile singer, songwriter, actress and dancer on the scene. Beyonce is fabulous and that is all too it.
