Beyoncé and Solange to Appear at Holiday Benefit

Beyoncé and Solange Knowles will be in their hometown of Houston, Texas on December 9th to perform at Hope for the Holidays, a fundraiser for the Gulf Coast Ike Relief Fund to support victims of Hurricane Ike through the Survivor Foundation. The event, being held at the House of Blues will be a one hour-long concert, which will be recorded and is scheduled to aired on December 21st on the music channel Fuse.
Matthew Knowles recently said, “It is an honor for our family to be able to give back to our hometown with a holiday concert. Tina (Knowles) grew up in Galveston and still has family and friends there.”
That’s great to hear! Will any of you be in the houston area around that time? Tickets should be going on sale soon.
