Personally I’m going to be honest and say they are tie in those two photographs because Ciara’a make-up and clothes are suiting better than Beyonce’s make-upand clothes. Also just getting an idea of seeing Ciara perform during BET’S 2007 Awards helps my selection.

Beyonce looks better and much more classier. Although the dress doesn’t compliment the shape of her body, she’s still rockin it!!!!!!!!!!! On the other hand Ciara looks ok but too skinny and slanky lookin for the dress. She has no figure in that dress, she looks like a long stick where you still notice Beyonce’s curves.
