Beyoncé Knowles and sister, Solange were photographed in Tokyo, Japan at the opening of the new fashion store, “Eight Million Ginza Gates” on October 31st. I thought Beyoncé looked great in that dress. Not so fond of the hair, nor Solange’s outfit, but I’m really liking that dress.
