Destiny’s Child Wins Capital Icon Award!

Kelly Rowland was on hand to accept the Capital Icon Award last night on behalf of Destiny’s Child. She talked about how much she loves Beyoncé and Michelle Williams. She looked great. Here’s a video of her acceptance speech:

Why would she wear that to except an award? What was she thinking? Who is responsible for her wardrobe? I’m sure she has her own budget and stylists. So I’m not sure why she just does not look presentable?!
