Did Beyoncé Get Engaged?

I guess Jay-Z proposed to Beyoncé this weekend. Like most of the world, I kinda assumed that they were already engaged.
Media outlets are saying that Jay popped the question in Cannes, France this weekend and that she said yes. France is super romantic so, hopefully, it was everything she deserved. According to sources, they are planning to have a fall wedding in Hawaii.
Supposedly, Jay cancelled his own promotional tour for his business empire Roc-A-Fella to surprise his 25-year-old fiancée. Sources say Jay-Z promised Beyonce “the biggest diamond she can fit on her finger”.
Uhhh…Jay? Don’t you think you should have bought the ring before proposing?
Anyway, you know this wedding is going to be killer. Can you imagine the things they are going to plan? Amazing.
