Beyoncé Talks About Possibility of Singing for Obama - Video

Many of us want to know, will Beyoncé Knowles be singing at president-elect Barack Obama’s inauguration? Well, in a recent interview she spoke a bit about that possibility and tells us which song she would sing if she did get to perform. Surely, there will be no “Crazy in Love” booty shaking. Solange “T.O.N.Y.” Video Premiere

Solange Knowles has recently released the music video for her single “T.O.N.Y.” off of her album “Sol-Angel and the Hadley Street Dreams“. Featured in the video are Cee-Lo Green from Gnarls Barkley and Kid Cudi.

The singing is just okay for me, but it’s got an interesting concept. It’s about the consequences of having a one-night-stand. What do you guys think of her single and video?

Beyoncé and Jay-Z Top Forbes Top-Earning Couples List

It comes as absolutely no surprise that husband and wife, Beyoncé Knowles and Shawn “Jay-Z” Carter topped the 2008 Forbes Top-Earning Couples List. Together, between June 1, 2007 and June 1, 2008, have earned a whopping $162 million dollars. Jay-Z raked in $82 million this year after signing his $150 million contract with Live Nation and releasing his CD “American Gangster.” Bey brought in $80 million from fashion, movie and publishing deals. Plus, her concert tour which accumulated $50 million in ticket sales and deal with multiple companies such as L’Oreal and American Express, just to name a few.

That’s amazing! But, like I said, not very surprising. The two of them have worked incredibly hard to get where they are right now, and they deserve that great reward!

Beyoncé is Seventeen Magazine’s Style Star of the Year!

Beyoncé Knowles has been named Style Star of the Year by Seventeen Magazine. Congrats to her! She’s on the cover of the December/January issue of Seventeen, which was released on November 18th. Here are some pics of Beyoncé Knowles attending Gotham Magazine’s 2008 Annual Gala on November 18th, which took place in New York City. She wore an interesting all black outfit. I like her hair and those Chanel earrings are definitely something to look at, but I haven;t made uo my mind about the dress itself. Your thoughts?

Beyoncé Talks About SNL Skit

Many of us really, really, really enjoyed that “Saturday Night Live” skit which featured Justin Timberlake and Beyoncé, and the diva herself is no exception to that.

She spoke about what was said to be the best skit of the night, saying, “I still can’t believe he did that! He was incredible. We rehearsed it two times. He has this photographic memory. He could probably kill it if he wanted to. Not the feminine stuff, but . . . he’s so talented and so naturally funny.”

There’s no doubt about that! Justin is hilarious when it comes to those SNL skits. It was great to see him back.

Beyoncé’s Album is #1 in Japan

Beyoncé’s double disc album, “I Am…Sasha Fierce” entered the International Album Chart at #1 in Japan. This is her third album to enter and take the #1 spot on Japan’s international charts. Her first was “B’Day“, released in 2006 and “B’Day Deluxe Edition” was second, which was released in 2007.

Good for Bey! That’s great news!

Beyonce Performing on MTV’s TRL Total Finale - Video

We saw pictures of our favorite diva at MTV’s TRL Total Finale Live in Times Square, New York, but here’s a video if you haven’t already seen it. She performed a medley of her two new singles “If I Were a Boy” and “Single Ladies (Put a Ring On It)” and she did a good job! She even does a bit of “Crazy in Love” at the end. It’s amazing how she can dance like that and still have enough strength to sing at the same time. That’s why we love her!

Beyonce at TRL Finale - Pics

Beyonce Knowles performed at MTV’s TRL “Total Finale Live” yesterday at the MTV studios in Times Square. I’m really liking her hair, but I’m not sure if those leather pants and that jacket are the right combination. It all just looked really uncomfortable and didn’t seem to fit in the right places. Your thoughts?
