Jay-Z Selling Half of His 40/40 Club?

Alright, so I don’t know how true this is, but it’s being rumored that Jay-Z, husband of Beyoncé Knowles, might be selling half of his sports club, 40/40, to the Las Vegas Sands Corp. They own properties such as the Venetian and the Palazzo. If Jay were to sell half of the club, he’d gain $44 million! That’s a lot of dough!
“That will make the 40/40 club in Vegas the largest sports booking operation. People can gamble both at the tables and on games. The Sands will also have the right to open 40/40 clubs in London and across Europe,” said one insider.
Wow. That’s a quite a big profit. It could be worth it to sell half of the club. If this is at all true, I think he should go for it.

Geesh it’s like money runs into Jay. But seriously, you have to admire his role as a businessman. He came from Marcy projects, but makes moves like he was raised in the hills. Im not all that attracted to his physical appearance, but rather his demeanor. Bey is a looking woman.
