Let The Lip Synching Rumors Begin

I am NOT saying this is true. I just like to cover all types of stories and since the “fall controversy” just won’t die (I really think pulling the video from YouTube is responsible), I’m going to let you guys know what I’ve heard. Here’s the latest:
Beyonce’s most ardent supporters cringed when their idol slipped and fell down 15 steps during a concert in Orlando on Tuesday. Her fans pointed out how quickly Beyonce recovered and they used words such as “trooper” to describe Beyonce’s dedication. Sadly, the reality is always worse than the fiction.
Last night I spoke with an insider close to Beyonce’s camp who spoke to me on the condition of absolute anonymity. He said the reason Beyonce jumped up and scrambled for her microphone was because “her backup track was about to start singing without her.”
“Ring the Alarm is one of the few songs in her repertoire that she lip syncs to,” said the source. “The same thing happened when Michelle [Williams] fell on BET. [Beyonce and Kelly Rowland] couldn’t stop to help Michelle up because they were lip syncing and the track would start singing without them.”

Why are people so surprised when they find out these singers are lipsynching? Do you really think they sound like their albums when they sing live? (Sorry to burst a bubble, but, Beyonce lipsynchs a lot more songs then just “Ring the Alarm” at her concerts)
Let’s put into perspective…”I think singers who lipsynch are losers and amatures and don’t belong on stage.” - Ashlee Simpson (3 weeks before her Saturday Night Live appearance)
