Solange Knowles Parting Ways with Her Record Label

Solange Knowles has officially parted ways with her record label, Interscope Records. Solo announced the news herself recently in a statement.

She revealed, "Although it’s been a wonderful journey & experience at Interscope Records, after truly recognizing what’s important to ME as an artist, I decided it was time for me to continue my path on a more independent platform. “

She continued on by saying that she has “nothing but respect for the Interscope family."  Well, good luck to Solange! Hopefully this just makes her that much happier.
